Amanaki Saigon Boutique Hotel

This hotel is at a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good. Overall an excellent choice.

Location and attentive staff.

The staff was exceptionally good, they really made us feel welcome. They helped us with all our inquiries super fast, and we could chat with them via Whatsapp so easily. The room size was good, the location was excellent, the price was great. We also really liked the fresh fruits in the breakfast and the omelette buffet.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The croissants could have been crispier, and the Vietnamese rolls could have been fresher. I really wished the orange juice was from fresh oranges. The spa was a disappointment. The jacuzzi water wasn't warm, the sauna was built oddly (bench should be always above the stove in sauna) and the steam bath smelled like it hadn't been cleaned for ages. The AC unit could need some cleaning too. The hotel is in the noisy area of the city, so you might need to use something to cover your ears when you sleep.

Staff are very welcoming and lovely to deal with. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning and our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The Hotel is in a fantastic position, and we were able to walk to the majority of the sights.

Unfortunately, there was a construction from early morning. The noise woke me up.

The staff is nice. They gave us free laundry cleaning for staying 3 nights.

Noise is a problem. Thin walls and floors. It made for a very poor 3 nights of sleep.It's an antique boutique. The room had 5 instances of odor enhancers throughout the room. What smell is being masked?

The room, location of the hotel were excellent.

Gym is a little small and so is the pool. Breakfast spread is not great

1- The room was spacious2- The bed was comfy3 - The water pressure in the shower was top.4- It was nice to have nuts and other things as compliment in our room.5- n the first day we were supposed to leave for a day trip at 7am so the staff offered us to prepare breakfast boxes, which was so nice! On the second day we had breakfast in the hotel, it was typically vietnamese which personally I don't like but the food looked good in general.6- The location was excellent, in the center and 2 min walking from Saigon shopping center.7- The staff are so friendly and smiley, like all Vietnamese people:)

1- The executive room was spacious as described but it was on floor 9 - the elevator reaches floor 8 max and you need to take the stairs with the luggage to get to your room - we were with big suitcases so it was hard.2- Our room was facing a very busy street, with not a good sound isolation it will be hard to fall asleep especially that Ho Chi minh is a lively city and people don't sleep ^^ so you can hear everything from the street. Next to our room was the elevator generator box so every time someone was calling the elevator, you can hear this.I am writing this because I couldn't find such a comment in any other reviews - one person wrote it was quiet and calm; maybe the room was on the other side of the building. I am writing about this problem because previously I stayed in a hotel on the 23rd floor and of course it was totally different.3- Next to the hotel is a small place where some guys sing karaoke on the street.Sorry but next time I would choose another hotel.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. It has a warm and cozy feel which is perfect after being out in the craziness of the city traffic. The breakfast buffet offerings were very nice.

The room is small but that is somewhat to be expected in a city where space is at a premium.There will be noise on the weekend because there is a lot going on downtown.

Excellent location, great staff and a distinctively different breakfast with home-made drinks and waffles made to order. Staff were willing to go the extra mile, very polite and professional.

Room was a bit smaller than I expected but not cramped, everything worked and was comfortable.

The location was great, the staff was super helpful and responsive to all requests. The room was comfortable. They provided several types of tea and also some nuts in the room. Breakfast was good too, both with Asian and Western food.

The mattress could have been a little better. I would have loved conditioner in addition to the shampoo they provide.

Really lovely hotel. Central location. Really close to the cafe apartment and shopping centre. Staff are lovely and helpful.

The room is comfortable, with a good shower and a nice soaking tub in the living room. Aircon is good, bed is comfortable, and the little amenities (like tea and the like) are nice. Good lighting throughout the room. Three free laundry items if you stay there a long time - which was great (although I wish I'd known about it before arriving, as I'd have packed less). The location is perfect - right in the heart of everything.

My ipad kept getting booted off the internet (not my other devices). There were no instructions for the shower or the tub. The hangers don't quite fit the closet, so the closet has to stay open.

Neat design, comfy bed and really nice staff. The location is exceptional, everything is so close. The voucher for the bar next to it was kind surprise and that bar served the best crafted cocktails what I ever had!

The bedroom has an old colonial charm. It’s a boutique hotel with amenities, snacks, coffee, tea and pot pourri that smelled good and refreshing. The breakfast was good with interesting choices. The dining area is small therefore at 7am you can still get a table. The hotel is right across from the Saigon sky deck, walking distance to Ben Thành Market, Saigon Center Mall, city hall and the opera house.

Faint thumping music noises coming from the clubs in the Night life district. Not the hotel’s fault. You can still sleep well through it even if you are a light sleeper.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. It's very well located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Highly recommended!
